RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Crimsoune Club, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.

You are completely protected. Crimsoune Club offers a 7 day return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy for all such items:

  • Wrong Size
  • Wrong Color
  • Wrong Quantity
  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Significantly different from the description given by the Crimsoune Club

Note: Returns not applicable on innerwear & masks.

We will also not be able to accept the return if product:

  • Is used/worn or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Serial Number is tampered.

How will I receive my refund?

In case of prepaid returns, the amount will be credited back into your account within 3-5 working days after the product has passed the quality check process after receiving product in our warehouse. However, in case of COD returns, the refund can take up-to 7-10 days since the refund is routed through cheque/NEFT/Bank Transfer.

If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
